We always enjoy waffle house but this was horrible. The restaurant seemed so dirty. The waitress was not good at all. She was standing off to the side looking at her phone and eating ice from her cup when we had been and were still waiting on our drinks after we placed our order for at least 7-8 mins. When she gave us our food, her thumb went in our chili. Then she announces to the entire restaurant that she had to go to the bathroom….. I’m sorry I don’t need to know that.

Great food, great server. However, the general manager was there with all employees on the left side of the restaurant giving a butt chewing to the employees. This is NOT constructive criticism and I felt bad for them. You DO NOT have to scream to get your point across for the duration of our meal. My mother-in-law is not able to go out much and this was her first time eating in a restaurant in about 2 years. Needless to say, she was not happy and it gave her another headache in which she threw up her whole meal. I just feel sad for the employees. Keep y’all’s head’s up. I think your doing a good job!

The two employees were really nice. The food was great. It was hot that day and there was no AC and the front door was propped open. Almost left because it was hot inside the establishment however dispute the heat the service and food was great

I’ve been to this specific location multiple times over the last 25 years and I can honestly say this last visit was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a waffle house location. The food itself was fine. After the cook remade the waffle after I watched him pull it off the waffle iron and place it on a plate with his bare hand. The waitress was nice but went off to eat and disappeared for a good 30 mins. Not to mention that they had half the dining room closed and the half that was open had dirty dishes at every table and bar stool.
