A warm welcome from owner greets you with booth seating. A hot pot of tea is brought to the table by talented son. The owner greets us as we place our order. Within minutes, hot food is served.

Customer service is seriously lacking here. I waited over 30 minutes for a pickup order placed and paid for on doordash. I placed the order waited until the app informed me my order was ready. There was a child who was about 9 working the register who had mixed up several orders and it was taking a long time to sort out. I informed the woman who came out from the kitchen to help sort out the mess that my order was already paid for on doordash (all this while I’m waiting with my own children including my infant who by now has started screaming in the restaurant). The woman snapped at me that she had to take care of the customers who called in first which makes no sense because 1. I had gotten there before all the other customers waiting and 2. All the other customers were waiting to pay and they literally just had to hand me my food. I can understand the wait, but they were not gracious or apologetic at all.

This place is awful. Only one person working along with her 9 yr old son who cannot get an order right! Order was incomplete when it was brought to me. I had to wait an addional 10 minutes for broccoli they forgot!!! I was charged an addional $12.00. Never again!!! Bring back the original owners.
