Ordered a chicken sandwich,with lettece and cheese and other condiments. Gave me the smallest sandwich in the world,only pickles and mayo. Never eating there again.took 15 minutes to get food as well. don’t recommend this sonic in that neighborhood. Tell me you don’t know how to cook without telling me. I worked in a restaurant, our food was on a budget. And I can tell you that even if our food was on a budget it did not look like this. And for sure didn’t taste like garbage. I’ve been to this sonic before with good experiences. I always order the same thing.this is a disgrace. If you do not know how to cook when you are specifically trained for it,then don’t be a cook.

I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at the Sonic on E pinetree Blvd on December 2nd around 5 o’clock. The line was slow and we sat for 10 mins in the drive through with only one car ahead of me. We get to the window and pay for our order that was $24 and some change. This is after it takes 5 minutes for the girl at the window to take our money because the entire time the manager and all three employees in the front are arguing and yelling about clocking in and out. Not to mention while this is happening we sit at the window for another 10 mins waiting on our food and listening to them yell, all while watching a child run around the kitchen. They then try to figure out what we are waiting on and are completely lost. We tell them that we ordered a blast and they tell me we didn’t when the girl at the window repeated the order with it on their and we had paid for it. They then proceed to tell me that here’s my receipt and see it doesn’t have it, and handed me the wrong receipt for someone else’s order. I ordered one double cheeseburger meal and one double toaster meal with fries, mozzarella sticks, and a medium cookie dough blast. I only got handed one burger (which was wrong), the mozzarella sticks, fries and drinks. Also shown is the incorrect receipt that I was handed and argued about with.

I don’t like Sonic, I only went here because it’s what my wife wanted. This location was unfriendly, I ordered a large unsweet tea, they brought me a small sweet tea. My wife tried to stop the waitress but she totally ignored her. She used the button/speaker and explained what happened, they brought us a large unsweet tea and charged us for it and offered no apology for the misunderstanding.

Tried again after 8 months. Worse than before. There’s many choices here in town. Either Sonic or the owner have simply given up here. too….how does Sonic run out of burgers at 12;10pm… it’s sad to post a bad review, but honestly…it’s gone so far down hill here the last two years… This isn’t covid related either.
