Family owned and loved and you can taste it in the quality of the food. Aside from the obvious delicious BBQ staples like ribs, brisket, and pulled pork and chicken, the spicy pig burger, lumpia, and weekend catfish are delicious and the chili cheese fries are the best around!

This place is amazing! We are traveling and stopped here on the way there and again on the way home it was so good! Quality, quantity and price all exceeded our expectations. Yeah and lemonade both delicious. We ordered the Big Mike sampler both times and it’s such a great value: ribs, brisket pulled pork and chicken with sides. The daily special of Adobong Manok (Philippine chicken dish) also delicious. Tried the Lumpia based on a customer rec and wow! So so good! If you are traveling anywhere closer here definitely try it out!

This place really has fantastic barbecue food. I got the chopped beef brisket and barbecue chicken. The flavors were really good and the meat was high quality. I would also highly recommend the fried okra. If you want no frills great barbecue food then this is the place for you.

Always a fan of local BBQ. Had driven by many times and finally had a chance to stop in. Food was ready pretty quick. Got the Big Mike sampler, which I later realized was just the chopped meats and a LOT. Had leftovers for lunch the next day. Meat was good, worth stopping in.

Tastes like something I make at home can’t get much better than that. First time I was ever able to eat potato salad I didn’t make at home would definitely recommend trying this place and it will feed a family pretty cheap.

By far, the worst BBQ I have ever eaten. I paid approximately $30.00 for what was to be a 5-bone plate. Ribs are baked and not on a grill. Full of grease, overcooked, mushy, and not pleasant to my taste as I know how to barbeque myself. After three (3) bites, I threw the rest in the garbage. There has to be better rib places in Knoxville.

Ordered Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac & Cheese, Fried Okra, Hush Puppies. Banana Pudding. All 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Stop to try it for the first and last time. Order the big Mike sampler and instead of brisket we got pot roast, tasteless pulled pork, something they called rib tip but they sucked. Quality control must be nonexistent there. Don’t know have they got good reviews.

Love getting take out from this local favorite. We usually get the Big Mike sampler with pork, beef brisket, riblets and chicken for about $13 out the door. There is probably about 2lbs of smoked meat in this sampler and is usually good for two or three meals for the wife and I. Their homemade BBQ sauces are really good as well. I have had some of their desserts like German chocolate cake and it was very good as well. I’m sure everything on their menu is great.

Disappointed. Stopped by after reading the reviews. The food was cold before leaving the parking lot. The medium sauce was mild and lacked flavor. The collard greens were also very plain. The banana pudding was not home made, and the pudding was too thin. I was hoping that this was going to be a good experience, but alas I will not be returning. If you are looking for a good bbq place keep looking.
