I really wanted to like this place. But they have a long way to go. I decided go pay a little more and ordered the combo shawarma instead of the typical gyro. Guy kept thinking I said chicken. He didn’t understand what “combo ” meant despite his menu listing combo shawarma. I see him bringing frozen meat from the back and heating it on a fry pan. I immediately regret my decision. Not at all what shawarma is. Of course I mention this to them and they tell me it’s “fresh” from earlier in the day….? Ordered gulab jamun, $8 for 2 pieces and they were frozen. Never in my life have I had cold gulab jamun. Overall the food was ok. Not worth it tho, Not happy.

I ordered the lamb gyro the meat was in little cubes not shaved meat shawarma like I am use to. All of the cubes of meat fell out of my pita sandwich including the sliced tiny cherry tomatoes, made it impossible to eat. Mozzarella sticks breading was terrible had no flavor the marinara sauce they give you with them was good. Also ordered a grilled chicken ceaser salad it was a small frozen piece of chicken cutlet thrown on the grill was not even sliced thru into pieces it stayed as one whole piece of cutlet on top of my salad I had to come home & cut up the chicken. Generous amount of croutons & lettuce Ceasar dressing was good. Really wanted to like this place but Not too thrilled about the food. I have now given this place 3 chances and I will not be back I tried the chicken shawarma gyro. I saw the meat on the spinner & was happy I was going to get thin shaved meat. NOPE pieces of chicken pulled from a bucket thrown in a pan tasted terrible again the meat fell out of my sandwich all over my plate & floor. You would think the same complaints from many people about the shawarma not being shaved that they would of changed their ways. If you have to pre cut the meat why isn’t it shaved thin off the spinner & placed in a bucket. I was about to order the lamb again also When I saw the lamb was still cubed I said no way. This is the same way halal munchies meat is & they are honest & said that is the way it is delivered to them & I stopped buying gyros from them as well. I will stick to my greek spots that actually shave the meat thinly off the spinner & grill the meat. This place is good for all the people that go next door & smoke hookah & have the munchies.

The shawarma is a bit different from everywhere else, but the chicken Kati is amazing. I order from here regularly and they are always on point. I know it’s called shawarma pita but I recommend trying the other items as well, they are great.

This people don’t know what is shawarma They have a shawarma grill but if u order shawarma they will heat it up chicken pieces and give u chicken sandwich in pita bread and if u ask the chef he tell this is shawarma NEVER GO THERE FOR SHAWARMA BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS … the other things on their menu I DONT KNOW. First and last.

I ordered lamb shawarma and I was given the cube shaped lambs you are given at a halal cart called the place and the employee that answered was very rude and told me ” I put whatever the boss says ” and argued over giving my money back so I just hung up. I also ordered a chicken shawarma which wasnt even flavorful would never come back.

Really wanted to like it.. but it’s nowhere near shawarma . It’s cut up pieces of gyro meat . I could have gotten it from the halal cart and paid less.. frozen pieces of lamb gyro.. maybe I’ll try the chicken next time it looked in house and better .

I went to this place first time to order a chicken shawarma. There were only two customers including me. The guy who entered in before me placed his order. I was waiting patiently for around 10 minutes hoping one of the store guys will take my order. They just ignored me as if I was waiting for free food. Worst customer service. They don’t have any manners. If at all they are busy with something, they could acknowledge me and say something. I would never recommend this place.
