Went to this place for early dinner. Waited in line for 10 mins. When I finally was at the speaker for ordering, I had to wait for another 10 mins before I could even attempt to place an order. They did not have fries available as one of the side options for my meal choice. I don’t eat mac and cheese. I was already getting mashed potatoes in another option. They also did not have rootbeer in stock. I gave up at this point. I drove 20 mins to get to the KFC to try their classic bowl meal and chicken finger meal. No wonder they have such a bad showing in Minnesota. Oh, and to top it off, after I told them to never mind about the order I was stuck behind three cars waiting to get there orders. I had to get out of my car and beg these people to please move so I could get out of this nightmare. Very poorly run.

Order at drive thru. Pay at the window. Nobody behind us, but we get directed to drive forward. While waiting another car eventually pulls up followed by another. Both cars get their food first. My wife went in to ask why we have been waiting almost 15 min. They gave our food to the car behind us.

However is cooking the chicken is doing a horrible Job. This the third time came to this location throwing up the chicken I ate. The chicken I got was moist and not crispy. Someone is being lazy and cooking too much. Never coming to this location again.

Had a terrible experience here today. Order my food at 11:43 and sat down. It was obvious that they were extremely understaffed so was patient and just waited. I finally received my food at 12:48. It got to the point where there were 7 or 8 customers waiting for their food for 45+ mins. Some even asked for refunds. All the while the drive thru line kept shipping people out. So over an hour to get lunch from a fast food chain. I’ve had faster 3 course meals.
