Last time I ordered online Asap order, they gave old one, when I asked to cook fresh they said next time you order for schedule pickup. Today I ordered same, at 2:08pm for 2:45 pm, even called store to get fresh. Still I got old chicken, which already looks old. I wish KFC gives good service, since it’s expensive, give at least fresh meat.

This place is a great KFC location! A/C works fine and they have great employees. We came when it wasn’t very busy but they still helped everybody. I ordered the #1 (dish with mashed potatoes) and it was great. The #4 (dish with coleslaw) was also good.

Bad. Really bad. Went through the drive thru and was told to pull into a parking spot, it would be 5 minutes while they made my nuggets. So I sat in the parking lot for over 16 minutes, before having to come inside and wait an additional 11 minutes. They gave me my order . . . incomplete. Had to go back and ask for my 4 piece chicken strip combo. Bummer experience.

Ordered through the drive through an 8 piece family deal on Monday April 3 at 6:30 pm. They were out of original recipe. How do you run out of original at prime time hours? Plus they missed my gravy. Something wrong with the staff and personnel at this place. I won’t be ordering from here again..
