Love the ramen at Kotsu. I had the chicken and my partner had the traditional pork. We loved them both. We both ordered the kick with the spice on the side and it was great to be able to control how spicy we wanted the ramen to be. The location was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend trying Kotsu ramen if you have never been and I will most definitely be back.

I was looking for a different Ramen place near me and had never heard of this one. It was new and I was really excited to try it. I brought my daughter and I here on a Saturday around noon. It is located in a new strip mall. The inside is really nice and open, not crowded like at some Ramen restaurants. You place an order at a touch screen, pay. grab a number and have a seat. They had some good selection and I was happy to see they had a plain version of the OG Ramen because my daughter doesn’t like extra toppings. The food was brought to us right away and it was really delicious. The cut of pork was really thick! I may return on a weeknight, but also noted that they closed at 9pm so I am going to keep that in mind. I highly recommend it!

Go for “The Flame”, it’s soo good! I usually go here during lunch. The portions are medium-large so if you’re not that hungry you may be able to share a bowl. I have tried the Karaage, it was nice and crispy but I should mention that they’re famous for their broth.

Would do 0 star if I can. We were excited to try this place since it’s so close to us. But very disappointed, we got extremely overcook musky noodle, was not eatable and ended in the trash. When we picked up the noodles, it was just being packed and we eat immediately when we got home (there is only 2 minutes drive from our house to the ramen place), so we definitely didn’t let the noodle sit too long. We won’t be going back again.

The best vegan ramen in the area, hands down! The vegan options come loaded with goodies, and the tofu steak is the absolute BEST! The broth is wonderfully creamy and savory, and the noodles are big and chewy. The ramen bowls are big, and sure to fill up even the hungriest of folks. The vegan gyoza were great as well; so good that I forgot to take a picture! Be sure to check this place out, you don’t want to miss it!

Both Ramen were delicious, my hubby had the Tori Flame, which is a chicken base one with the very tender chicken meatballs!! Yummm! Yummy!! I had the Kotsu Spicy with pork, Brussel sprouts and corn. OMG SO GOOOD, my only critique is the pork should be cut thinner and that way it’s tender and easy to eat. This is definitely our new spot here in Redondo
