The first responsibility of running a pizza place is customer service. Even if there are many other issues (and there are with this store) customer service comes first. If I chose to base this review on any premise other than that the Star level would be much lower. That having been said the store usually makes some sort of mistake when I order there. Greater than 50% of the time. However when they do they either do not charge you or they compensate you properly and apologize. That means a lot in this business. I go back there because of the customer service and hopefully one of these days they’ll get all of the other issues straightened out.

Do not waste your time. The delivery app they use to stay in touch with you “doesn’t work” so it’ll show delivered but they expect you to wait until it shows, assuming that 40 minutes after it’s left the store is normal. Im still waiting…

Do not waste your time. Ordered from Dominos Loop Rd Orange Beach. Burnt and bubbled up. Even steak burnt. This was a $24 pizza and Only 2 pieces edible. Called them back and held for 10 minutes and no one ever answered the phone.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. They made both pizzas with NO sauce… Not light, but absolutely none. Both were burned but the cheese had 50% that was inedible.

We ordered online on the way into town at 7:30 pm on Sunday 12/26/21. When we arrived at the store on Canal Road to pickup our two pizzas, cheese bread and lava cakes, one young man was working ALONE because the other employees called in sick. By himself he was preparing all the orders and then giving them to customers in the store. The service was outstanding under very stressful circumstances. I don’t know his name, but he should be commended for a job well done! The pizza was also delicious!

Ordered online from our vacation home to be picked up at the store. After ordering got in the pickup to go pick up the pizzas . Upon arrival was greeted with a smile and the last pizza was coming out of the oven! Great pizza and service!
