On Sunday February 19 at 7:41pm I ordered from Uber eats which the delivery was perfect but this is what I received from the store. Thank you to the person who made my food. I can tell you are very happy in what you do. My sauce wasn’t in the bag also nothing in the wrap. If you are not happy in what you do theres plenty of other people who will take your spot. Disappointed not fair spending $20 on wraps that are smaller then my fingers and someone in the kitchen giving you food like this. Thanks

Horrible custmer service including sarcastic response from counter staff. Ordered through the app. I wasn’t aware of policy and got in the drive through. Told them I was picking up an app order. They said I had to pick up inside. Made me drive all the way back around, get out, go inside and get the food when I was already in the drive thru line??? Won’t go back. Not worth the hassle or the sarcastic comments from the staff as I walked out the door.

Never fails, another corporate slum! Inflation is when things cost more, greed is when you inflate the cost as well as cutting back on portion. Big box meal is a joke in your chicken tenders are barely the size of a pinky finger. It’s not a mistake it’s deliberate schemes to steal our money. Looks like I’ll never be going to another KFC as well so far all of you chains are a disgrace. No matter which one you are, pretty soon you will have no customers at all

I ordered online at 12:12 pm for 3 items for pick up. When I arrived at the KFC store at 8 Pearson Blvd. I asked one of the KFC for the order I’m picking up. She told me to look for my name on the bag that is on the rack beside the cashier. I saw my order and got it and left. At home, I took out the food from the bag and found out that one of the order is missing. I quickly called the store and stated that I’m missing one of the order. I spoke with the Manager -Austin Bambino. Of course-knowing that they made a mistake-he apologized and asked me to come back and they will give me the missing order. The thing is- I will be driving 40 miles round trip to get the missing order which I did not want to do. I asked if they could refund the amount of the item. He claimed he cannot do that due to this being an online order ( that is B.S). As a manager- Mr. bambino should be double checking the online orders his employees fill out to avoid any mistake. My mistake is not to check the items while I was there. I did not do this because I trust that they would have enough time to prepare and made sure the order is correct. I will be disputing the charge on the missing item. Very disappointed with the service.

Normally this place isn’t bad but today was terrible. The Mac and cheese tasted like chemicals. Out of my three strips two were round balls of skin and dough. No meat. The other strips was as large as the sauce container or 1 chicken nugget. I wish I could post the pictures. They were busy but I would have waited for strips to be made. I got back to the office before I looked at my food. Working so can’t go back and complain.

The KFC in Gardner is a much better experience Then the one in ringe NH . The folks at work at the gardner store know how to treat a customer . If you like fried chicken KFC’s got you Shoot the one on Gardner also does Taco Bell.

The last several orders I have received, were missing items Biscuits, gravy and other sides. We won’t go back for several months and every time we go back, we are reminded why we haven’t been in awhile.

There needs to be more attendees looking after the cleaning of the floors. Being a former custodian, I can say that the floors were sticky and not well washed.
