Awesome place for some authentic Italian food! Best sauce ever! The owner is so friendly and makes a point to talk to each and every customer that walks through the door. He has a great sense of humor and is very genuine. They have Bar Bingo on Monday’s and Karaoke on Wednesday nights. So much fun! A must attend!

We had a delicious dinner at Papa Brillos – I enjoyed a fresh salad & delicious vegan potato skins – so grateful to find a vegan menu. My husband loved his linguine & red sauce. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing – truly upscale comfort food! Kayla was an excellent and attentive server. Highly recommend!

Really great food, great place to take vegan and non-vegan guests with an extensive menu for both. If something doesn’t come out correctly the staff is very good at making it right. New England (Rhode Island) style Italian dishes. The chef came over to all the tables to ask how the meals were, the hostess/(manager maybe?) asked about the experience. This place really cares and the food is really delicious. This is our third visit and we will be back.

Stopped in with my mother for the first time since I moved to the area, and we were extremely impressed with the food and service. I ordered some of their red chowder, the veal parm, and my mother got baked ziti. The portion sizes are very impressive. I didn’t even finish half of my food before boxing it up for later. They don’t skimp on ingredients. There was a ton of cheese and tomato sauce which I loved. The chowder had a nice bit of spice to it. You definitely get your money’s worth ordering from here. The staff were very friendly and frequently check in on the patrons which was nice. The atmosphere is very relaxing with nice music and TVs playing old shows. It’s very clean and upscale feeling inside, and the treatment from the staff furthers the feeling of high quality.

My wife and I just had our second visit last Thursday evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was fantastic as was our server Elizabeth. The rest of the staff were great too. Very communicative and even a bit of banter. Very relaxed atmosphere which is refreshing these days. My wife is vegan so it can be challenging to find good dishes on the menu. P.Brillos has a complete vegan menu which is really impressive. We both have about 50 years combined in the business and this place really stands out to us. We’ll definitely be back soon, maybe even for the Karaoke on Wednesday nights! Thanks for a great night guys.

We went last night for dinner and had a great experience. The service was attentive and really we enjoyed the ambiance and vibe of the place. The owner brought around tasty samples of appetizers to try offering them to everyone in the place. We were a party of 4 and each ordered a different entree. All loved their respective dish. I had the baked scrod with a side of spaghetti and it was delicious. The sauce was so light, not heavy or drenched in unnecessary spices. It reminded me of sauce I had in Southern Italy years ago. We can’t wait to return and truly hope this restaurant is successful. We truly need more locally owned restaurants in this area.

Found this gem on short notice while staying in the area. Fun and cozy atmosphere. There was a DJ in the dining/bar area hosting a bingo game. What a great way to pass the time while waiting for your meal! The food was delicious with homemade Italian flavor, just what I was looking for. Try the Papa Brillos special, it was amazing. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Waitress was really nice, but we waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks drinks and almost an hour for our dinner (after speaking with Jeffery who I believe is he owner/manager). He did make it right which was great and the sauce and meatballs were really, really tasty. We’d be willing to give it another go eventually.

After reading some reviews we decided to try the restaurant out. Arrived with no reservations and we’re able to get seated quickly. Hostess was very nice. The waitress came over and td us her name and also went over the nightly specials. We ordered our drinks. Ordered a French onion soup, and a hot meatball sub. The owner Jeff came around and introduced himself to us, answered our questions and gave us a history of the restaurant. Food came out in about 20 minutes. Meatball sub was overstuffed with meatballs and plenty of cheese. Perfect amout of sauce. Meatballs were excellent in size and were not dry. French onion soup was very good and had plenty of melted cheese. Very big bar with lots of pictures and entry of room. We ordered a large cheese pizza to bring home. Pizza was very good, did not taste doughy and there was not a lot of flop to the pizza, the under side was cook perfectly. We would go back again.
