Update after delivery: I took the time to call to ask them to have my pizza cooked well done.. Needless to say it is not well done. I called chicken plane and was told it would be 45 minutes to another hour before a Fresh Pizza could be delivered well done. That would make it 3 1/2 hours after I originally ordered. I told her to keep it and I was finished cooking it in my own oven.

Driver admitted to dropping my pizza off at the wrong address, he went back to get it then delivered to me , the pizza was cold but I’m so thankful that the driver was honest about the mistake he made. I will still order pizza from there because they have a really good pizza , I just want a hot pizza lol

I get delivery from them every time, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere, but 5 stars. Pizza & wings are always good and arrive quick. (which is what I usually get). Drivers are always courteous.

I read some of the negative reviews here online and it made me nervous to try this place, but I am so glad I did. I ordered two large pizzas, cheesy bread, and soda. We did ham, pineapple, and bacon on one and pepperoni and bacon on the other. I love the bacon and the pizza crust from this store. If I could change one thing about our order it would be a slightly less browned crust for the breadsticks (not a problem, just my preference). Our pizza was great, absolutely nothing wrong with the way that it came. I didn’t experience any of the negative things I seen in any of the reviews. I am so glad and thankful they delivered to our address because we don’t really have many options! They saved our night because I had no way to leave and get food. My pizza was hot and drink arrived cold! Will be a repeat customer for sure!!

We ordered the family dinner which was 2 large 2 toppings and cheesy bread and we also ordered boneless wings The pizza was good. Can’t comment on the wings since they’re for lunch tomorrow at work. Everything was priced great also!

used to love this place but the staff that is there now is absolutely terrible. I ordered a small order of cheese bread and they told me it would take 45 minutes which was fine until I got there and checked on my order and a young girl yelled that “I could cancel my order because they were busy”. I asked for a manager and she told me it would not take 45 minutes that it would only take about 10. I went to my car waited 10 minutes came back and when I asked if my order was done, she told me she canceled it.

I’ve eaten at this location since it was a Papa’s Pizza and I’ve loved it since. Today was the first time I’ve been back since they changed their name and I am completely floored. The pizza was incredible and the half-baked cookies are to die for! Will be going here again soon!

Great pizza and cookies. Unfortunately, the one in Rincon closed down, so this is the one closest to us. It’s a 30-minute drive now, so we’ll be getting it less often. It’s definitely worth the trip once in a while, though. Plenty of parking.

It’s the night before Thanksgiving & I’m sick as a dog so I ordered pizza and bread sticks. Expecting it to take awhile I laid down, needless to say I received piping hot amazing tasting pizza and breadsticks in only about 30 minutes. And not even that I asked for the food to be left on the porch so i didn’t expose someone, and I got the sweetest note, telling me to feel better & happy Thanksgiving. I’d give y’all 10 stars if possible.
