My pizza tonight was flavorless. The dough was little better than toasted white bread. The pizza had the bare minimum amount of toppings. What’s worse is that Papa Murphy has raised their prices, again, to $18.00! I’m going to give them one last chance. After that, I might as well go to Domino’s or Mod where I know that I will get value for money.

I’ve ordered the same pizza 4 times. They got it right once. How could you send out half a pizza with just olives when I ordered vegetarian? And only half the ingredients I on the other half. I’m out $90 for exactly what I didn’t order 3 times in a row. I’m done with this store.

Was told 3 weeks earlier I would have a discount on my next pizza, when I ordered via phone today, can’t order on line, when I picked it up they said my discount had been used or expired. Not happy, don’t promise a discount & then give me a lame excuse. Bring back the punch card or don’t offer a discount.

We went and ordered a large gourmet vegetarian pizza, breadsticks and a family stuffed Murphies for the first time. The guy rang it up wrong and then by the time we got home we realized this wasn’t what we ordered and started to head back and called the place. The guy proceeds to tell us that he can’t replace or do anything about the mistake due to his part. All he did was offer a smaller sized Chicago stuffed because they were going to throw it away that night anyways. He was very unhelpful and really didn’t want to be there because he was so focused on leaving rather than fixing his mistake real quick. The while time we were on the phone he could have made the correct pizza and had everything out away by the time we got there. Very bad customer service and disappointed because he didn’t try to fix his error! 🙁

Update: After calling on Tuesday there has still been no refund and got told to call again tomorrow. While the payment has already gone through the account..- Ordered and paid through the app and was told when we got there the order was never received. Also got told we would have to call on Tuesday 2 days later in order to get our refund going. Pizza is great, but paying and not getting a pizza nor a refund going same day is not the best experience.

Pretty good pizza, can vary from time to time. Employees are usually polite. I never use my ATM cards online so No option to pay cash when ordering online is a bummer.
