Reading these 1 star reviews about this business has me baffled. Clearly this is one person who had a bad experience here and is trying to ruin it for everyone else. I go to this place at least twice a week and I’ve never had any problems. It’s a shame that Almadinah Market is receiving these terrible reviews because it truly is an amazing place. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. These negative reviews could hurt the business and cause people to miss out on a fantastic dining experience. Fake negative reviews can have a big impact on a business, especially if they are unwarranted. It’s important to remember that everyone has different tastes and experiences, and one person’s negative review doesn’t necessarily reflect the overall quality of a restaurant. Almadinah Market deserves to be recognized for the hard work they put in to provide great service and delicious food, and I hope that people will continue to support them despite these negative reviews. I just want to make it known that on my behalf, you have a customer for life 🙂

So delicious. Such wonderful food and service. Delicious gyro wrap, falafel platter with tahini sauce and pickled turnip …ordered extra tzatziki sauce because it is so yummy. Good portion sizes, lots of meat in the gyro best takeout food and a nice little grocery

Almadinah Market is a treasure chest of flavors, great atmosphere, and family. You feel right at home here. When I first walked through the doors I was greeted with a lovely smell and Ahmad’s bright smile. I have tried just about everything on the menu, there is not an overwhelming amount to choose from so you can tell that the dishes on the menu are specialty quality. My favorite dish to get here is the Chicken and rice with white and red sauce. The flavors are so rich and complex, the ingredients are always fresh, the food is always hot, the service is always above and beyond, Ahmad treats everyone like family. Not to mention you CANNOT beat his prices, such a fair price for a great portion of food. 11/10 recommend to everyone and anyone.

So freaking good! I just had the beef and lamb gyro wrap and it was spectacular! Better than I remember my last nyc gyro. Got the red and the white sause with some extra on the side. Huge portion for the price and tastes so good. Will be ordering again and again and again. I suggest you do too! Bonus, traditional baclava was great.

To everyone that has not tried Almadinah Market I suggest that you do. We ordered this past weekend for my mother in laws birthday. They were very accommodating being that I wanted the food later in the day. So I ordered in the afternoon and picked it up later that evening. When I walked in everything was ready and I also was offered help to bring it to my car. Well the service and the food was excellent. I believe we tried everything on the menu. I am still eating leftovers because the portions are huge. They are also reasonably priced. We had a feast. I strongly recommend them. If you live in Mohegan lake I’m sure you have driven by it a million times. Thank you to the staff that did a great job.

The food here is fresh and authentic. The pickled turnips are crisp and perfectly spicy and they give plenty of Tahini sauce with the platters. The falafel are light and crispy and the roasted meats are tender. The basmati rice is delicious and has an addicting citrusy taste. Definitley worth a try. Lots of food for your money.
