Not sure what has changed but the last few orders have been awful. It’s basically uncut, burnt, yet cold pizza. The first bad order I thought was a fluke (it happens) the second bad order I called to have replaced, they replaced it with another burnt, cold, practically uncut pizza. Today we placed an order and forgot to check it in store (our bad I guess) and sure enough it was burnt and barely cut and disproportionately is an understatement (if you have kids, this matters). From now on we will pay the extra few bucks and order somewhere else.

This location is by far the worst Little Caesars in the country! Not only is it sloppy, and soaked with grease, this location apparently doesn’t believe in crust. Every pizza I’ve bought here, the crust is missing on over 50% of the pizza. I thought maybe it’s one bad cook, but this is what I get every time. Then I thought maybe all the cooks are eating the crust before they send it out? But that’s not possible, my dog won’t eat this garbage. But don’t take my word for it….

We have gone here for years, but there has been a big decline over the past year. Tonight I stopped for a Hot and Ready and it was the worst food I have ever paid for. I expect that a hot and ready might not be fresh and wonderful, but this was way beyond bad. The crust was not cut all the way through. The bottom of the crust was burnt and tasted terrible. We could not eat the putter crust because it was so hard. The cheese and pepperoni on top were also burnt. How do they even box that to sell? The last few visits have not been good, so now, WE. ARE. DONE.

For a cheap good pizza can’t beat this place. The pizza was good and fresh however they gave us ice cold marinara dip.

Pizza and crazy bread were burn and hard. Little Cesar’s in Frankenmuth, Mi pizza and crazy bread are soft. So if you want little Cesar pizza and crazy bread go to Frankenmuth, Mi.

The Little Caesars in Vassar Michigan did a great job on my pizza and hot wings. They were delicious. The young lady and the other workers were very friendly. I couldn’t be happier with this experience.. I felt I needed to call them to thank them for doing such a great job. so I did.

Went in here on Monday night and was blown away by the impeccable customer service offered By Jordan. What an amazingly kind, thoughtful and wonderful young man. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. I hope he’s recognized as he made a lasting impression on me & im sure many others.

Treated poorly because we were an in person customer, we were refused thin crust combos, because they were running out and saving them for online orders. We were gonna order 2 of the thin crust combos. What’s the difference between an in person customer and online customer??? So, they lost our business!! They had the pizza but wouldn’t serve us, just because we came in person to order, but would’ve had to come in person to pick it up if we ordered online.

I’m not happy with my visit. On January 29, 2019, the weather was bad so it appeared that a lot of people were trying to get pizza instead of cooking, so yeah, they were busy. Well, I stopped in, ordered 2 pretzel pizzas, a double cheese, a three-meat-treat, and a crazy bread. After waiting around for about a half-hour or so, I got my items and left. I get home, open my boxes, and, lo and behold, one of the pretzel pizzas is burnt to a crisp. I’m talking black crust. I call them, tell them about it, am offered a replacement, opt for a raincheck. Okay….. Look closer at the black pizza and see that it is a burnt hot-n-ready, pizza sauce and all, with salt around the crust. Really, people? You tried to pass this off as edible food? The other pretzel pizza is correct with cheese sauce as it should be. The cheese and three-meat pizzas look flash-fried, like the temp on the oven was increased and the speed of the machine increased to pump out more pizzas. I would have gladly waited longer for pizza that wasn’t browned on the outside and kinda raw on the inside. I’m not a happy customer right now. I have been going here since last year, about once a week. If I decide to try this place again, I will be inspecting my food before I leave. Frequently the cheese bread and pizzas are overcooked but still edible. The quality of the food is extremely inconsistent.
