Pizza was over cooked, no sauce, and cold. We did order at 11pm but we still should have fresh hot pizza. Since they close at 12. Tried to call the store. No answer plus we ordered bread sticks asked for both garlic butter and sauce all we got was less then half filled sauce cups

First time to Donatos. Won’t order from them again. My pizza had all the sins of bad pizza. Dry hard crust, minimal sauce and skimpy with the toppings. Then to top it off, they cut it into little square bite size pieces and burnt the cheese until it was black into the top. Nothing like the pictures on their website or like the commercials they used to run on TV.

Order was over 40 minutes late. This has happened before. Of course the food was cold. I was able to reheat in my oven. Spent over $70 on food. Reached out to donatos it has been a week with no response. I guess they don’t care about the their customers. We are sorry because we love your food but we won’t be back

Called in order, great. But at the drive thru they could not find it. Mind you they had one call in order waiting. Duh. I could see it right on the counter. How about you put someone on the window who isn’t high and can read. It was for 2 sandwichs. Why did they used brown lettuce. And 3 tiny slices of chicken. It was like I ordered two brown lettuce sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN! Lesson learned… How long has the lettuce been out. It was so bad I need to contact the health department. Just nasty. Just order from Dominos instead.

The staff was really nice. When we got there it turned out the internet had went out. And it was right after we ordered. And they were so sweet and accommodating. I will say it threw me off that the Hawaiian pizza had cinnamon and sliced almonds. Kind of threw me off. But super sweet people
