Just received my delivery order and wow was I impressed!! Food was piping hot! The cheese from a jalapeno popper burnt my hand! I’ve never received delivered food so hot and fresh. Everything was excellent and delicious. Delivery was super fast and took me by surprise. This was my first time eating Napolis and I was beyond thrilled.

This was my first time ordering. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs late in the evening. As a cook myself, I should have known better. I can tell the sauce has been in the steam table for awhile. Very thick and kind of spicy, almost like tomato paste, very rich. I should have ordered something fresh, like a sub. But I eat a lot of sandwiches and I wanted something different. The girl on the phone was very helpful and found a prior account from my sister so I could pay cash. It came very quickly, which was good. But I paid 20$ for a single serving with garlic bread, with tip, and after a few bites, I don’t think I can eat it. Nope. I took like 4 or 5 bites, and I have the worst indigestion! That was bad. I don’t think I will be able to eat spaghetti for awhile.

People were really nice and I had very good service but the pizza is extremely greasy and when I ate their spaghetti I was sick for 2 weeks.

It’s just ok now, used to be better. It’s also overpriced now for what it is.

Just stopped by to pick up a to go pizza on my way home to DC. Spoke with the new store manager who was really nice and very customer service driven! The pizza was delicious as usual! Keep up the great work!

Tried to order two subs with delivery, total was $25 which is ridiculous for the quality but was told $30 minimum plus $2.75 delivery fee plus tax.. for a 6 mile delivery? Really. No way thieves..

I’m a big fan of the subs, but the pizza itself is inedible and the owners/management are basically abusive to the generally amenable staff. I probably wouldn’t give my money to them if they weren’t so convenient.

Food is good. One thing I find odd though when we called for delivery they said that your first order with them has to be with a card like credit or debit and not in cash. So basically if you were planning on paying with cash and didn’t have a card you wouldn’t have been able to place a delivery order.

One of the few places open on Christmas night. Was great to be able to go out and look at lights, and take home a tasty pizza. Love their sausage.
