Smells great, but execution just falls short. Protein is dry, sauces taste ketchup based, no figures on the menu, parking is atrocious. We did like that the meat was separate from the bun as we ordered to go plates.

Owner was super friendly and the food was really good. We had the sampler platter with delicious potato salad, pasta salad, and beans. The brisket, pulled pork and potato salad were my favorite. Previous reviews said long wait times, we didn’t have to wait. Sorry we didn’t get to try the braised chicken. Seems really popular but you have to order ahead of time.

Quaint BBQ stop in Overgaard. All outdoor dining or to go. Boasted chicken seemed very popular, ordering was hours in advance. Multiple items were unavailable. We tried a pulled pork sandwich and the sampler platter. Meats were good, potato salad was tasty and the baked beans had some kick to them. Spicy sauce was good if you don’t like it sweet, which we don’t. Busy place, patience is needed.
