Ok this was the last time. I ordered a gallon of sweet tea and a bag of ice. I arrive to be told all Door dash orders have to be oicked up inside. I reiterate I placed a personal order directly to the Golden Chick website and was advised to come inside to pick up. I drive around, leaving my vehicle running, as I am trying to move as efficiently as possible. Once inside I am not greeted, but am able to view a woman picking her nose directly in the kitchen while on her cell phone. I’ve known advised two people that I only had ice and tea. They stare at the receipt, they look around the kitchen in dismay, checking fridges and what not. I proceed to say ‘its only ice and tea’ as the manager is still picking her nose and she walks to the counter, not washing her hands and tells me she can’t do anything because it’s door dash. it’s really not rocket science but today I was disgusted. She returned to stir mashed potatoes and gravy after being so nasty and returned to the register handing me a receipt that said my order was voided. There was nothing else. No apology. No kindness. Just gross. Before voiding the transaction she tells me to call corporate because she can’t refund it. The number on this Happy Or Sad service sign is not valid and the # on the receipt goes direct to the store. This store always has an issue.

This place was really good. Chicken was better than I’ve ever tasted. We had to Wicked wings. I ordered the nine piece my wife ordered the six piece. Both excellent. She ordered the side salad, and I had the coleslaw. Both were excellent I recommend the coleslaw. We had two bottled waters they come cold. We’re not fans of the fountain drinks. Anywhere that is not just at this place. This place was excellent all the way around, we were even impressed with the ceiling tiles. Employees were excellent all the way around. I strongly recommend you check this place out, we were in Fort Worth texas. My stepson recommended this place. Man oh man I’m glad we took his suggestion. If you want to try something different, yes it’s a fast food place. But not like what you’re used to. It’s good. The bread was really good the chicken was really good the ranch was good the water was good. The tables were clean. I love this place.

This used to be one of the best Golden Chicks in town but since 2022 its gone downhill extremely fast. The quality of the food is lacking, small tenders, soggy fries, etc. 80% of the time either my order is missing something or the cashier has attitude. They can’t even get a Doordash order right anymore. You’re better off going to Canes down the street or Chicken Express near I-30 and 820.

Unexceptionable! ♀️Stopped by for my grandbaby, bc she wanted chicken strips. After placing my order there was a car ahead once I got to the window. The cashier advises it will be a 12min wait… . This wasn’t advised when I placed order so she says, well the car ahead got the last order . I then asked for a complimentary cookie for while we wait. She goes to ask Miguel, Mgr n returns with…we can’t do that . I then asked for the complaint number which should have been outside the window … needless to say there was none and she didn’t have one to give. SMH

Decent spicy chicken tenders. Meat was fulfilling, but I usually receive a larger portion of dirty rice in a separate container. It seems like golden chick always has container/cup issues. Had to head inside to get my missing tender sauce.

Food was alright but I think what I noticed was different from other golden chicks I went to were the rolls. The rolls at this location seem to be very dry compared to other golden chicks in the area.
