Chipotle in Collegetown shopping center in Glassboro is the worst Chipotle in the area. This was my 3rd & final time. Every time I go there, they are out of something!!!! Last time it was Queso Blanco, the time before that they were out of brown rice, this time they had NO fajitas veggies!!! And that was 12:30 in the afternoon! They were not even open for 2 hours yet!! But they did have hard uncooked rice!!! I deleted the app & I will NOT return!!!! I don’t recommend going to this Chipotle location!!Worst experiences every time!!!

First off, I LOVE chipotle. This location is ruining the reputation of the company. I couldn’t agree more with the previous review. I ordered a salad, it came without lettuce. You can’t speak with anyone so I drove to the store because I order from here frequently and they mess up my order EVERYTIME. I can tell when I get to the store that the staff is clearly intoxicated. A staff member admits that they are smoking on the job. They tell me there’s no manager on site and that I have to contact corporate to get my money back. I wonder how corporate feels about the safety of its customers with the staff driving to and from its company high. If you order from this location and have allergies I would proceed with caution. I never got my order resolved or my money back.

This has to be one of the worst chipotles in the country definitely in New Jersey . I’ve had multiple bad experiences here but today was the last straw. Went to meet my girlfriend for lunch and the staff refused us service claiming they were closed at 1:15 PM there were 4 people working and all the food containers were filled with food. They said they were closed? They were all obviously stoned. DO NOT GO HERE. There is a way better chipotle a few miles down the road, and a panacheros close by. You’ve been warned.

It’s very rare that I leave reviews, but after 3+ incorrect meals, at least a week apart- it’s fair to say that this Chipotle location in Glassboro is an absolute disappointment, I’d leave negative start if I could. The toppings are light as could be, even PAYING for extra. They never have fajitas, and the rice is always undercooked! Such a shame.

Someone should order a smile for their manager, looked like he had a good foot into death’s door when I ordered. Dude clearly didn’t want to be there, probably had better things to do other than give me the most pathetic looking chicken burrito I’ve ever seen. Also reeked like weed, didn’t talk, and just tossed my burrito to the next dude for ring up before he wandered off somewhere.

ordered pickup for lunch here but got nervous after noticing the reviews. I was stunned. Wondering damn, is there hope for my burrito? I remained positive and sat patiently. My order was quick & ready on time and the employee at the drive thru was so pleasant!! I just knew my burrito was gonna be slamming. & that it was. Take what you will from these reviews but I have hope in this location to turn things around
