Ordered the Tuscan cheese sticks and got plain cheese sticks so that was a waste of nine bucks. Tried to call and every time I would click the manager button it would ring a couple times and send me back to the automated person so I did the feedback and requested communication back that was yesterday haven’t heard a thing.

My order was missing some chicken wings so I called and was put on the phone with the manager. Told her I was missing part of my order and she said…yea. After a pause, I said I still wanted them. She said they would make another order and have it delivered. It was delivered. Then at about 10:30 pm and repeated door bell rings, there’s papa johns delivering another order. Told them we already got our order. Driver seemed confused gave us the food and left. The pizza had missing slices in it. Called the manager and had a lengthy rude conversation. She said her driver was right next to her so there’s no way that was happening. Meanwhile the driver comes back to the door and says it was a cash order and is asking for the food back. Manager then got really rude. Driver was confused. Whole situation was so sketchy we almost called the cops.

Ordered a $80 worth of food on 4/17/23 because we had company over. Got it delivered and wait time was supposed to be about 35-45 minutes. Was waiting for almost 2 hours and the tracking never updated. When I finally got the text that my order was delivered, I went outside, and to my surprise nothing was there. Tried calling multiple times and nobody answered. By the time I stopped calling, it was too late to show up to talk to someone. Called again in the morning, spoke to a manager and was told I would receive a refund “after she talks to the driver”…. It’s been 2 weeks and still no refund.. this is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not like it comes out of their paychecks. Your driver delivered it to the wrong address, it’s that simple. I’m not one to complain on these reviews but this is ridiculous

We ordered a pizza w a wait time of 35-40 min wait. It took 1hr 15 mins to travel 10mins. When it arrived it was cold. The manager told me they only had 1 driver but surely they wouldn’t cook it until it was ready to leave. Dried out cold Pizza.

have had some issues with them taking there sweet time delivering my food. today i put an order in that was a timed delivery. when time came for it to be here it wasn’t. when i called the store the phone system told me 104 mins when i ordered 2 hours before hand. when i talked to a person at the store they told me that they were busy and id get it when i get it. that’s not a good reason for a timed order to be late when they had it in the system for 2-2.5 hours

Pizza was poorly made and a complete waste of money. The toppings were not distributed on the pizza but instead had sections with lots of toppings and other sections with none. The crust is completely uneven – 2 inches thick on one side and none on the other. I will never order from this poor excuse for a pizza place. Please take your business elsewhere – the owner of this dump should be ashamed.
