Hole in the wall, crowded and hot! This is not the place to go for quality food or atmosphere! My wife and I went there on 8/25/2023, unable to get anyone to answer the phone to place an order. We arrived around 6:15 pm and were told they were out of fish, however miraculously 30 minutes later someone else ordered fish and the order was filled. We ordered shrimp, and wings since no fish….waited an hour to get order!! We arrived home with no hush puppies, short 1 wing. If you want cheap food, unorganized and poor service this is the place.

It’s a shame that the tall older guy at the checkout would try to embarrass someone for ordering multiple plates. ESPECIALLY being as that person has gone through so much with cancer & chemo & just now feels like eating!! Shame on you! If someone comes in & ordered a dozen plates you should just be happy they picked YOUR restaurant!! It cost ZERO to be nice. You don’t know what people are going through.

I live in Charlotte NC and I was going to try this restaurant but yesterday when my sister told me how they treated her I promise you that will not happen…my sister has been so sick from Chemo and Radiation and hasn’t been able to eat so when she went in to order because she was picking up a couple extra plates for someone else that has cancer they gave her a hard time about calling it in…my sister is the most sweetest person you want to meet and I feel like if this is too much for you maybe you’re in the wrong business… Absolutely Poor Poor Customer Service!!!

My aunt that has cancer finally felt like eating today. She went to this place and was publicly embarrassed by the tall older man for ordering 6 plates. Nobody should be treated this way, especially someone already battling cancer.

I love this place! The food is amazing. Fried chicken, potato salad, banana pudding and turkey and dressing is my favorite. Small restaurant in Jonesville SC that’s family owned for several generations. I don’t get to eat there very often but when I do I always get a second plate for the next day.
