Beast street tacos but you have to rest them there. If you have it delivered or even pick it up yourself the Styrofoam containers sweat the tortillas apart, over cook the toppings and wilts all the vegetables. Take time to eat in. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve always really enjoyed Filibertos, you know, Amados, Texanos, Elmer’s, you know, casual Mexican Food. Went with my parents, grandma, and partner, and everyone enjoying their meals isn’t always a walk in the park, we’ve got an over 90 year old with us who’s eaten a very particular, self cooked, East Indian diet for her whole life hah! So we rolled up and they had a food truck out front with seating, think they were serving up hot dogs or something different from the regular menu. We went inside, the guys running it were really nice, welcoming, and definitely made effort to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and our meals. I was in the mood for carne con papas so I had the Californja which was super enjoyable, my parents had tostadas and really enjoyed them. If you eat vegatarian ask for black beans instead of refried just fyi. They’re vegetarian, grandma too, so getting quality vegetarian food at casual Mexican restaurants isn’t always a simple task. But they said there were more veggies on those than they’re used to getting. My partner had the mini chimis and said they were good with the sauces, maybe chicken could’ve been a little more seasoned but the sauces add whatever flavor you want and they had a huge selection of salsas, carrots with jalapeños, etc I’ve catered and done food service a lot so even though i’d like more veggies inside, more onions, garlic etc. it’s hard to guage someone’s spice tolerance and what they’d like inside or on their food, so doing it this way everyone can eat. Really enjoyed, everyone had extra to take home, the service was awesome, and we’ll go back for sure.

Came here twice in the same day because it’s that good. Nice little restaurant with a hot dog stand outside. Cool atmosphere inside. The Tacos Toro are amazing – shrimp and fish, with tons of their white sauce (guacamole and cream base). Again, extremely tasty and at a very good price. Good fried ice cream as well.

Their sonoran dogs suck. The bread and toppings are fine but actual hot dog taste like the cheapest, lowest quality dog from Walmart. Basically a Vienna sausage in a bun.

I ordered the hard shell tacos and when I got home I bit into the taco and it fell apart, that was the only bad thing about this visit. I suggest that they cook the hard shells a little harder, but overall I like Moreno’s.
