THE DIRTIEST CHIPOTLE AROUND. Where do I start I guess this is what happens when you hire whoever and they can careless about your business. Upon ordering our food they were just about out of everything. The place was a mess. As I sat down to eat my food I started getting disgusted looking at the place. I didn’t even finish my food bc of how dirty the place was. Imagine if they are this dirty in the front I don’t even want to know what the back looks like.

There’s 5 people working and yet it’s taking 10 minutes for each order. I got a quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The tables are all dirty, and the staff would rather talk and sing in the back than help with the growing line. I wanted to order guac but it was LITERALLY BROWN. Also they’re “out” of pretty much 25% of the menu even when they’re still open for over an hour. The only reason I’m not rating one star is because of my respect for the chain in general.

Management of this Chipotle should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I have been here many, many times because it’s 10 mins away from my home. Each time I come I hope that I will see some improvement. Sadly, it’s only gotten worse. The frontline staff all so clearly hate their jobs that they are never friendly to customers or try to meet their needs. They always look overworked and frustrated, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager on the frontlines with them helping with anything. Every time I come I see new faces, which indicates the working conditions here are poor and they can’t keep quality staff. This is affecting the entire restaurant. Food items are constantly “out” but then reappear as soon as you are a few steps down the line, as others have mentioned. It’s dirty, the soda fountains spit liquid rather than pour, indicating they likely are not getting cleaned properly, etc. It’s getting to the point where I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Chipotle on Rio Rancho in Pomona because the customer service there is 110% better than this place.

This is a very bad store the brand is good but the service staff in this store is terrible I have online orders and take out orders they are ready and often put them in and don’t take them out, you can see them in there Small talk! Keeps you waiting even for an hour, when you ask the waiter to help and they ignore you! Very unreasonable! I absolutely hate the service staff at this store!

I ordered through the app for the first time at this location and the process to pick up was easy and convenient. Once I got back to work to eat I noticed my salad bowl had no lettuce to make it a salad. Was disappointed but it was still good that’s why I didn’t give the full 5 stars.

online ordering experience is awful. they marked my order as complete at 6:20 but the order didnt come out until around 6:50. the name on the bag was correct as well as the extra things on the side but when I got home I realized the bowl had someone elses name and I was completely jipped.

Walked at 630pm on Sunday asked for a bowl with Fajitas. A large amount of fajitas are cooking on the stove and they said they’ll be ready in 5 minutes… I wait 5 minutes then the cook says they won’t serve me any because it’s for online orders only and online orders take priority… he acted so offended I even asked for them
