We will not be eating here for a while. The food was not done. Chicke was raw. And not just that we waited and waited for our food people who pulled to the side after us was getting theirs first. Then they finally came to the car and said that our food was just frozen would be about 10 more minutes. Just to get home and it be raw.

I ordered a 5 piece tender with 2 sides. They were out of mac n cheese and bbq sauce which I wasn’t too upset about. While I’m ordering I hear yelling and laughing like they were just clowning around inside. After ordering I pay at the window where the manager was smoking cigarette right by the drive thru which was pleasant. After pulling out I knew I should’ve checked but didn’t, and of course they forgot one of my sides. Terrible service, mediocre food.

Grilled chicken was dry, overcooked and barely had any meat on it. Mac n cheese tasted like plastic. Mashed potatoes were bland and only saved by the gravy. Biscuits were pale and still tastes like raw dough. All in all a very disappointing experience. Had not been in awhile and won’t be back.

Ordered online for convenience and to save time. So when I got there and went through the drive-thru I was informed if I ordered online I had to come inside which was not convenient nor did it save time. I then began to wait with another customer who is there waiting as well and ended up waiting a total of about 40 minutes. The only person who came in that got any kind of decent service with someone wanting to talk to an employee. It was 8:00 they had no chicken tenders no mashed potatoes no gravy among other things.

Had to pull to the side and wait for a significant amount of time. They tried to give me the wrong order twice. I ordered different sauces and got all honey mustard. Can’t fault them totally. It was a rainy day, and no good system was in place to remember what food went where. The food was good.

I went thru the drive thru on my lunch break & ordered mashed potatoes and gravy with my meal. They had me pull over to a parking spot til my food was ready & there were already 2 cars ahead of me pulled over waiting for food also. I got back to work with my food, there were fries instead of my mashed potatoes and gravy. I even looked on my receipt & the cashier didn’t even change my order to begin with. Whoever it was working needs to pay more attention to what they’re doing!! If I hadn’t been on my lunch break I would’ve drove back & threw my messed up meal in her face!! All it takes is listening to put in a correct order!! So everyone check your order before u pull off!!

I ordered a original 2 peice dinner a breast and a leg. I ordered 1 small liver box. The cost was ridiculous at $17.00. Then I pull up to the drive through to get my food. The cook cane to the window and asked me if I would take a extra crispy thighs instead of a original leg. I said no. Well, I was given the box and went hine and opened my expensive box of KFC and saw I did not get a breast or a leg but 2 thighs.
