I couldn’t tip on my card because my phone was glitching when I placed my order so I was going to tip cash but I guess the delivery driver got upset and thought they weren’t going to get a tip so they didn’t ring or knock on door or text or call and just left the food at my door and drove away. next time you shouldn’t jump to conclusions and act like a baby and instead just wait for someone to answer the door and maybe you would get a tip or maybe you should look for a higher paying job if you are getting that angry.

Ordered 3 large pies waited over an hour and a half for delivery. Called to check the status and was hung up on multiple times. Will never order from here again absolutley the worst app and customer service I have ever seen.

This Pizza Hut is the best when it comes to the manager who runs it. If your a local you should stop in and see how short staffed they are and it would alter your view on why wait time’s are so backed up. The Franchise owner is the problem not the buissness which staffs locals. When it comes to the food I have only had one issue but it was immediately resolved without hesitation.

Pizza Hut closed at 11 pm New Year’s Day. I placed my order via mobile app at 10:20 pm, and pizza was at my door, piping hot and delicious at 10:50 pm! Delivery driver was friendly and helpful!

2 1/2 hours for chicken wings and pasta… by the time it got here it was all extremely cold and the chicken is stale. Their new great “pasta” was such a rip off. Every time I’ve order their pasta the portion is fair. This time it was literally covered the bottom of the pan. Not the first time this location has been this bad. Just order dominos so you can get your food ASAP, and much better quality of food. Manager get your workers in check please, or hire more staff. This whole experience was ridiculous.
