Menu is so tiny— hard to read! Many of the options are labeled VEGAN and have cheese, egg, or tuna. You can make your own salad and easily make it vegan, just don’t ordered straight from the menu if you’re plant based.

One of the most healthy restaurants you can find in the entire O’Hare Airport! The many choices of salads have an excellent array of fresh beans, vegetables, chicken protein, and some carbs. There are many choices of salad dressings and I really appreciate if they have the salad dressing already packaged in small containers so they are easy to take on the Run. The prices were a little high, but it is always better to pay a little more to get a healthy food choice. I give Saladworks on the C Concourse at O’Hare Airport 5 stars.

Horrible customer service. Asked a simple question about vegan and GF options and the lady working gave me attitude and started arguing with me about having to check to see if the dressing was vegan… look lady you get paid to work as a customer service rep if you don’t like the work I would suggest getting a different job because it’s not that hard to check on something especially if your not busy. And I always ask two or three times because most of the time people without allergies and dietary restrictions don’t care or don’t know 100% if something has milk or gluten because they don’t have to live with the consequences.

Would not recommend. I ordered a 10.99 salad that had 2 meats and egg in the description. The Bentley: when i went to pay it was 16$! She told me egg and 2nd meat was extra?! I said i ordered a particular salad with set price and ingredients. Then she acted like she forgot how to speak English. Scammers

My seventeen month old kid plays with plastic food at home. They clearly bought their chicken from China like our kitchen play set. I work at ORD and give this place a go every couple of years to see if it’s better. It never is. Hard to screw up a salad but this place has figured it out. Too bad nobody reads reviews at the airport.

They advertise iceberg lettuce mixed with romaine. It was all iceberg lettuce which has no nutritional value. You think you’re eating healthy, think again.

Terrible customer service here. I didn’t stand bear the “order here” sign due to group of people in the way. She saw me but and wouldn’t help me until I stood under the sign. Then when I asked for extra dressing, which I wasn’t made aware of extra charge till I got my reciept and I never received it on my wrap. When I asked for the extra she completely ignored me. Won’t be coming back here for sure.
