The machaca burrito. I usually get it with sour cream but I didn’t this time I should have as it might have taken the burrito to 5 stars. Also it doesn’t have egg in it like the typical burritos at taco shops. This place is a restaurant. The presentation was really nice!! The ingredients were top notch and think I’ll add egg and sour cream to the next one to see if it gets it to the 5 stars. Overall I liked the interior and the layout.

This was some of the best Mexican food that I have tried since my 10 month stay in the San Diego area began. I’m getting ready to move and wish I had found this place sooner. I had the chicken tortilla soup and a shrimp burrito. My husband had the carne asada street tacos and he said they were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised. It is not fancy and it’s out of the way but worth the drive.

I will never go to restaurant again, bought the world tacos big mistake. They are largely rolled and the chicken looks like beef. Get into it and all I got was a mouthful of cartilage. Do you self a favor stay away

I pass by here everyday on the way home and decided a few weeks ago to stop and get some food. Being that I live so far it’s hard to get good food that doesn’t get cold or soggy by the time I get home. Today is my 4th time here and everytime they don’t disappoint, I mostly get the California burrito, or anything carne asada. The carne asada is so good it’s actually seasoned really well (most places aren’t or barely are). The staff is always accommodating in separating toppings and such upon request, so my food is just as good when I get home. Definitely recommend this place.

Horrible Horrible horrible SERVICE !!! We weren’t greeted when we walked in .I asked what was recommended being we have not been here before. Man that was taking our order said a very very racial comment which im not going to repeat on here directed towards white people I then asked if the carne asada was flat meat or actualCarne asada meat and he rolled his eyes at me .I know the difference some restaurants try and cut costs by using flat meat which I don’t like .. At that point we should of left But being theres no other places to eat local .we stayed. NEVER WOULD I EVER COME HERE AGAIN. Maybe its because I’m white I noticed Spanish customers being treated with more respect and concern then we were ……….So he claimed they served actual carne asada which they don’t its flat meat nothing like the pic posted on their page I got an over cooked dried out piece if meat that ended up making me sick all night .

Found this gem!! Their food is delish. Fish tacos were the best I’ve ever had. The chips and salsa was good too. Real authentic Mexican food. Very friendly staff. I’d come back again!
