Had a nice meal just after arriving at the airport and a long day of travel. Started with the tomato, olive and avocado salad. Fantastic! Big enough for two to share as an appetizer. Main course of their specialty bolognese with pappardelle pasta. The sauce with seven meats was excellent. The pasta is homemade but mine was over cooked. Would definitely return and recommend.

The food here is heaven!!! I’ve only had pasta this fresh and this quality in Manhattan or Italy. You can smell the fresh ingredients! I am a regular at Bianco’s Tratto but honestly after coming here, it’s gonna be really hard to choose where to go for a pasta dish. For now I know I’m gonna be a regular here for sure! I also have to say that what makes this place so special is the super friendly service, from the hostess to the waiters to the owner of the restaurant. They make you feel at home. It’s a really small place so if you want to guarantee a table, book in advance or come early.

Honestly not sure how this place made it on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. It’s small, the menu doesn’t have much variety, and the service could use some work. It does have more of a mom and pop feel to it minus the mom and pop welcome and service you’d expect. The bread that was brought out was cold and hard. For my entree, I went with the lobster ravioli and had I know it’d be 5 sad little looking ravioli, I would’ve ordered something else. Not sure if I went on an off day for the cooks and staff but I just wasn’t pleased with the food nor service. If you’re looking for good Italian, your best bet is to look elsewhere.

Good. Not great. I don’t often eat Italian so I look for the wow factor when I eat it. Been here a couple times over the last 15 years and hasn’t changed. Be prepared to wait as it’s a small place. The 7 meat bolognese sauce is ok. Very thin. Risotto balls are good and gooey.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! Our server was super friendly and very helpful. The owner was super friendly and made several stops at our table to converse with us. My veal osso buco was the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!
