Honestly, the food is really good and lovely on the taste bud. I wasn’t rushed at all to make an order, as the waitress was very patient and nice to me about it. I decided to go with beef lo mein and crab rangoon and oh my goddess, they were delicious. I like how the atmosphere is calm as well and the fact you can even watch them cook over the counter is quite the nice sight as it was actually awesome to watch the fire ablaze as they cooked on the wok for a bit. I am definitely coming back here again multiple times for sure.

We ordered 2 large chicken noodle soups. They have always came with scallion/green onion! I always have ordered extra scallion. This time we ordered it and didn’t ask for extra scallion and we ended up getting zero scallion/green onion. I called the restaurant and the person that answered the phone read the recipe to me he said yes chicken noodle soup comes with chicken, noodles, scallion and broth. He let me speak with manager who said she would send a driver to me with my scallions. I sat here for a hour, nobody came. I called back and spoke with different manager who told me that his boss changed recipe and doesn’t allow green onion in anything anymore . Now we know he is a lie! They put onions in darn near everything they cook! I will not be ordering anything from them anymore. That’s the last time they will get my money!

My husband and I decided to eat inside. We had to ask for plates and silverware. Plates were brought to us but they pointed to where the silverware was. There is no garbage cans anywhere to throw stuff away. The food is nasty! I had Broccoli and carrots that was so salty I couldn’t eat it. My husband got Chicken and Broccoli the baby ears of corn were disgusting even the egg rolls tasted terrible! I wish I could have given it Zero Stars!

Ordered delivery, first of all the delivery driver smelled like he just smoked a fat one. No sweet and sour sauce was with out 2 orders of sweet and sour chicken, I called said they would have the manager call me, never got a call back, after 6 other attempts i finally got an answer. They were bringing the sauce for my dinner, 45 minutes later they came, food was not eatable cold and rubbery.

Placed an order online and they left it in “pending” status and took the phone off the hook so I couldn’t check the pickup time. Never emailed/texed me to tell me if the order was ready. 90 minutes later I had to call the website that manages their delivery and they told me my food had been ready an hour ago but they were too busy to email me to tell me.

Update, they now have a nice call center with excellent customer service, their new delivery guy was so nice & clean cut, & food was all fresh delicious so perfect experience thnx guys. 1 star smh Just called for delivery & was telling the lady who answered the 2 orders i wanted off their menu they advertise online. She just screamed like a crazy woman saying they don’t sell combos so i need to look at the menu then call back. I explained its on menu but she just screamed louder like an abused child geez. Yall lost my business. Grow up
