The staff was prompt with taking my order and getting the pizza ready. 8 minutes was not long at all. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because as a visitor this place was tucked out of the way which made it a bit of a challenge to find. I know the employees cannot control that. I would visit this place again.

Excellent Delicious Pizza with great customer service! The owner was very accommodating to my request- heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day. <3 Also notice the heart shaped pepperoni- my partner loved it! If you haven't tried Marcos pizza yet, it is a must try. They make their doughs fresh everyday and you can definitely taste the quality in their ingredients compared to regular Dominoes. My go to pizza spot from now on. Thank you so much Marcos!

This place really exceeded my expectations. I have heard from my friends that it was a good place to go for pizza and I held out trying it for the longest time. The old world pepperoni is game-changing! It’s so delicious and when I was telling the person at the register how much I loved the pizza, she told me that was why she was working there. My only thing is that the dining area is small but still a great spot to sit down and have a quick bite.

Just spent over 30 dollars for 2 ham and cheese subs. It had 2 pieces of ham. It’s disgusting. I asked for onions lettuce tomatoes there was not one onion on them. I will never buy from them again. I threw my out. So disgusting

If there was an opportunity provided to give ZERO stars this location more than deserved it. Now, I’ve been a loyal and dedicated customer to the Marco’s franchise but if you take away nothing from this review take away this…. Be careful where you choose to place your order, each location is not necessarily ran by one individual and from a systematical error it cost me LITERALLY! I logged into my account place an order got an email confirmation of my order however, the order was processed outside of my login and sent to this Palm Beach Lakes location, my rewards was never applied to my account which more so confirmed something happen.

I made my order thru doordash. For whatever reason even tho the order “successfully” went thru I got a call from a Marco’s employee, Elon, that it didn’t come thru their end. He tried to work with me thru the order. I tried to cancel the order and reattempt but the DD app said it would charge me for the order of I cancelled. My attempts to contact customer service was all automated BS. Elon was understanding and kind. Said he would make sure I got my order. I didn’t tell him this but I have just had a baby who was sleeping peacefully in his crib (thankfully!). I can’t just pick up and go when I need something hence me using DD. Thank you Elon for being wonderfully kind. I got a confirmation soon after that my order went thru and is on the way. I only hope that it went thru ok your end as well. 5 STAR customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
