This location is hit or miss. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don’t. I hate making two trips to a restaurant because they mess up my order. Grilled stuffed burrito wasn’t grilled, crunchy taco supreme ended up being a soft taco, no chips and cheese with order (had to ask again at window), got overcharged for a grilled chicken burrito that I didn’t order and drink had no ice. Not the best experience. Will not be returning.

This was the first time I’ve had Taco Bell and most definitely the last time! I ordered a #2 that was 3 soft tacos, there was barely any meat on any of them and to make it worse they wrapped them like burritos! The cashier was not friendly at all, and they seemed to be more worried about drive thru then the customers inside. The store was not busy either. Customer infront of me said it took 15mins to get her order AND she was the only customer until we walked in!

Today is Saturday Aug 26 almost midnight ! I just left this location when I got home a roach crawled out of my taco ! I called to location to tell them a black girl got smart with me I will be calling corporate! Ordered a number 1 with 3 crunchy tacos. Ask for it not to be supreme but they charge me for supreme and then did not give me tomatoes tomatoes or cheese on the tacos. Order was thrown together, only half made with no cheese, no napkins and no straw for my drink. This place gets worse by the Is minute.

Horrible the dinning rm used to close at 10pm with drive thru open late. Now dinning room is open till 12 but only for kiosk orders. At 10:30pm The harford road location was open but not taking orderes (why be open?) Then went to the Joppa rd location ordered through the kiosk but they got the order wrong. Then they wanted to argued with me that this is what I ordered untill I demanded a look at the receipt and showed them no its not right. They corrected it. But I had to ask for a paper receipt because the kiosk wants your phone number or email address to send one to you. And we all know what they will do with your email or number you’ll be on some lists.

Wait was way too long, employees were rude, food was cold and order was mistaken multiple times. Employee said our order was gonna be remade and it took around TWO hours make but they didn’t make whole order. Never gonna visit this place again. There didn’t even apologize for their service.
