The service is hit or miss here. Been here a couple times, service was ok the one time and other time was horrible. I had to ask other employees for refills, as our server was not around for 10 -15 min. The food was ok. The salad mainly consisted of iceberg lettuce and it cost $14.00. Seems expensive for what you get. Restaurant was very clean. Burger tasted fine.

This place is incredible! The atmosphere is comfortable and for being connected to the Holiday Inn the prices are just right! I had the Jalapeño Burger and the fries were amazing. Also my server was incredible! She was really nice she had a great smile , and the perfect personality for a server. So overall the meal was incredible and there is not to many Ground Rounds In the United States. If your at the Holiday stop at the Ground Round they also have a bar with tons of alcohol.

Great Burger’s! Our server Erin suggested sweet potato fries and they are fantastic! Fast service , our food was hot and well presented. This is a must stop. Oh, BTW they sanitize everything. We felt safe eating inside. Looking forward to a return trip
