6-20-23: Placed an online order for extra most bestest, this is what I got. Spoke to the manager, who acted like he saw nothing wrong with this abomination. Asked to have it remade, manager told me he’d make me another one but it would be a 30min wait and would look just like this.

Whoever they have doing toppings on the line has got to get retrained. Every time I get a pizza at this location, the sauce and cheese doesn’t extend nearly as far as it should. This means the crust is about twice as wide as it should be. I know that’s not how Little Caesars corporate teaches it. You shouldn’t be able to see where they poke the crust to prevent bubbles.

I ordered 10 pizzas for my birthday on Monday April 17th through door dash. Everything was great till I found 3 of the pizzas with no cheese, or tomato sauce. Literally bread with jalapeños and pepperoni. I called immediately and no answer so I called the dasher who happened to be at the store for another delivery and helped me speak to an employee. After speaking with the employee we agreed that I was going to get a refund for the 3 pizzas it’s been a whole week and a few days after and no refund. I’m trying to call the store but the phone just rings and rings… after so much inconvenience am I supposed to go to the store to get my money back?

Man, I just want the pretzel crust with toppings besides pepperoni. They’re inconsistent with how they handle the orders because one person let me sub beef topping and someone else absolutely rejected the idea.

Oven Roasted Caesar Wings….yes. They pack so much flavor and cook perfectly. I love them as is or with ranch. I also tried the Buffalo Caesar Wings…A+. These are my go to wingz. Plus, the price isn’t bad and the wings aren’t small. Great job LC!!!

I ordered 4 of the extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas and I got hot and ready they were thin and was Not what I ordered, on top of that yall charged me 7 dollars and some change for each pizza. I don’t appreciate being ripped off for pizza that I didn’t order. I want what I paid for. This is very bad business. I’m very disappointed.

Getting on the phone with them is physically impossible. They literally hang up. I had placed an order through their app. Then that order was canceled because they never received it when it was confirmed and “received” on my end. Not to mention that money was still taken out of my account. So it feels very much confirmed and received. So basically I’m left with no money AND no food.

Ordered delivery for our dinner after a busy day and after school activities. Got text updates from DoorDash that our food was around the corner. However, the “track order” option wasn’t working. An hour later…no food. Tried to call the number given for delivery problems and tried calling the store. “All representatives are busy” for 45 minutes (gave up) and no answer at store. Left a voice message and email. No answers. Go to the store and no one is willing to help. Says have to go through customer support line. Not worth arguing with a 16 year old that doesn’t give a CARE and not their fault anyway. I’ve been a manager for H‑E‑B 22 years and understand it’s hard to get and retain people that care. BUT, if the company doesn’t give a CARE, then their employees won’t give a CARE.

Trust the reviews… After wating 20 minutes on a week night for a “hot and ready” Fanceroni Pepperoni I got it home and saw it was essential a regular pepperoni pizza with the old world pepperoni. There was very little cheese, so it didn’t have the crispy cheese on the edges of the crust and none of the random sized pieces were cut all the way, not even close, so I had to cut slices myself. The lobby was dirty, the trays on the counter that used to hold condiments were filthy. It was like a sauna in there, I couldn’t imagine being trapped int there for hours, which I’m sure doesn’t help with the moral of the employees and could explain all the issues I encountered. It seems like there’s an issue with poor management. Next time I’ll drive a couple extra miles to go to another location.
