Amongst the DQ Grill & Chills I’ve visited in Northeast Ohio, this one is very busy in the summer months. Service is friendly. Restaurant could be cleaner, but it’s probably due to a lack of workers. French fries were cold, burgers were just warm. Burgers were still very good just warm and the new hot fries we asked for were perfect. I’d go again even if I had to keep asking for fresh fries! When fresh, DQ fries are the best fries around.

We went inside to pick up a birthday ice cream cake right before 6:30pm on a Thursday day because drive thru was very busy. It was busy inside too but the line moved fairly fast. Their cakes are delicious and the prices are reasonable. It is very clean inside and employees are friendly.

When we go here at night, the same employee always has her back facing us. Even if you are not the one who is checking us out or handing us the food, it makes you and your other employees look lazy and is just poor customer service. It’s unfortunate because we love going here because of the food but almost always is the same girl leaning up against the window with her back facing us.

Terrible experience. Every time i go to this location they never get the order correct and somehow there is always other toppings that weren’t added to the blizzard in it. How are they adding topping that weren’t requested but missing the toppings asked for. At that only putting 3 banana pieces on top of the blizzard. Doesn’t make sense. Workers are just LAZY.
