I love your pizza but I had a terrible customer service experience. Got the wrong items via DoorDash which is an easy mistake considering there was no receipt or name on the box. I called the store to see what could be done and was offered no solution so I went to exchange the wrong items for my order. When I walked into the store I was not greeted but just stared at by an employee wearing air pods. I had to tell her what the issue was because she didn’t ask. Without saying a word, she went to the back and got my salad. She then went to the back and shuffled around for a few minutes before handing me my pizza. No apology, no compensation offer, no acknowledgment that a mistake was made. She did not say a word the entire interaction. If this is how your staff deals with customers then I will not be coming back.

I ordered 4 pizzas from here for My Kids and I. There was a Hair (Probably 12 to 18 inches long) Baked into the bottom of the Crust, of one of the Pizzas. It was spread out across the bottom of 3 slices. All I can say is, Ew. I wonder how many hairs we didn’t notice

Update: Decided to give them another shot. I understand that sometimes it takes a while to get things running smoothly. Pizza arrived before the predicted 40 min. That’s a plus. However, the pizza was warm, not hot. That’s an improvement from the cold pizza I got last time, but still isn’t great. The pizza is a tasty sweet sauce that I like a lot. I think I’ll probably only order here when I intend to pick it up myself. Delivery is still not great.

Better quality Papa John’s style, but tonight’s buff chicken pie definitely hit the ground on its side and was still delivered. All toppings on one side of the crust, and right side collapsed. Can tell because top.of.the box was covered in sauce and grease. Traditional sausage and cheese was fine. Agree with some of the other reviews that this place started out much stronger in Clintonville, and has gone significantly downhill over the past few months. It’s about 50/50 if you get good pizza or a terrible one.

I really love the Great Potato Ranch pizza (potatoes?? yeah, I know…but it *is* really good!) HOWEVER, the last one I ordered, the chef forgot the almonds and, had I had that one first, I never would have ordered it again. Yuck! But that was one time out of many really good pizzas. He may have been new. Customer service is efficient and polite, everything is always on time and everyone *I* saw was wearing a mask.
