One of the servers was pushing up her sleeves with gloves on and going back to touching food. I got a heaping scoop of guacamole which I appreciated, however there were two large, stiff chunks of avocado in it. I wouldn’t go back. The beverage station and line was messy and it seemed disorganized. I’m giving 3 stars because no one was rude, I got what I ordered, and the line moved at a good pace.

I have gone to Chipotle for years and like their food. However, this location has very poor leadership. I went in about 1PM, 8 people were working and there was not a single clean table in the entire dining room. The food line/table looked like a hog trough, as it had not been cleaned and wiped down. These employees were polite and tried had to please, but poorly trained which is ALWAYS the responsibility of management and not the workers. The trash cans were over flowing and needed attention, and the restroom was not very clean. This restaurant needs a reset!

I did not expect to like this place but I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was great! The ingredients tasted fresh. And the staff were wonderful with helping us order and serve my 86 year old mother-in-law with dementia. Thank you!

Our burritos were amazing! It always blows my mind how quickly they roll up such enormous burritos. Great quality, friendly staff. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner to be honest, but that wasn’t really a huge problem for me.

Maybe they’re understaffed? I feel like they’re always out of something, whether its like brown rice or lettuce guac. Not impressed with the service, but their food is good. Outside tables were all dirty and outside smells like sewer leak. But their food is always good.

Very disappointed with this location. I have eaten at several other locations and it has always been great from the customer service to the food itself. This location- on Thompson Lane- is disgusting. The tables were dirty.. the drink area was a mess and the food line was nasty with food smashed every where. I get it.. it’s a food bar which they are making one order after the next but wiping it down from time to time would be nice. Not to mention the employees had a terrible attitude about having to make my food. They were very disrespectful and acted like I was a bother to them. The lady next to cashier didn’t care to even offer my sides. As the cashier had already rang my meal up. This employee was just going to let me walk out without even asking me what I would like to have. Then when I asked about my sides and told her what I would like to have she continuously asked what I wanted. I had to tell her over and over again. Once she finally fixed the 3 sides she throws them in my bag causing everything to be mixed up. I am very disappointed with my experience at this location and will never choose to eat at this location again. Come on people.. it’s a food serving business. If you don’t like your job then go somewhere else.

So, my understanding this place closes at 11pm and my wife came in right before 10pm, so that leaves them an hour before they close and tell me why they had almost everything cleaned up and put up and telling my wife there out of toppings and knowing dang well that’s a lie

This location is disgusting! They let the food get all mixed up. I don’t know the reason but the people who work here are careless with the restaurant and the costumers. I’m allergic to dairy and there were pieces of cheese in my guacamole! The cleanliness of the place gets 0 stars from me. I have been to many chipotles and I have to say this was my worse experience. Rude service and lack of hygiene. When you’re paying for a meal, it’s unfair to be treated in this way. Very disappointed 🙁
