Enjoyed a lunch today at this restaurant. Fine establishment, newer facility and food tasted just fine. However, witnessed a mis-managed situation that hopefully the poor woman doesn’t have to take the fall for. She was extremely friendly in placing my order, and tried her best to get it to me quickly. I heard her a few times ask the cooks why they neglected to make her sandwiches as myself and others were patiently waiting in the store. The manager on staff didn’t seem to care however, and worried only about placing his window orders. After a period of time the cooks had prepared my sandwich, as I eagerly watched on. The sandwich was not placed on my tray but rather thrown threw the window striking the woman. She was clearly was irritated following this interaction and left the building. No action was taken following this situation. Another lady stepped in and helped me get my food, but I was rather turned off by the manager on staff.
