The food was ok, the salad bar was not really worth 9.00 price. Not too crowded. I was a little disappointed at 8:30 PM on a Saturday. Chuck E cheese did not come out like they said on the wall. My kids were a little disappointed.

New games. Marathon Runner wasn’t working. Place was clean. Employees were friendly and helpful. Place looked updated and the quality of the food has improved. Sat my purse down for a split second and some toddler tried to swipe it. A bunch of older kids took the basketballs from the hoop games and tried playing basketball on the floor. Once I got the food, another kid tried swiping it before I even sat it on the table. Where their parents are-who knows. Paid a little over $100 for a pizza, sampler, drinks and 2 unlimited 90 min play cards. Kids are happy so I’m happy!

Paid for a timed card that didn’t work, half the time was wasted not able to play any games. The young lady upfront DID eventually get me a new card which left about 30 minutes of playtime. Food was delicious, probably! Our buzzer never went off nor was out number called so it was cold when we went up to check on it. A few games wouldn’t work but other than that we had a fun family night for my daughter’s birthday!

We went to this Chuck E. Cheese for my daughters 7th birthday party. I got to admit it was nice to go here and not have to worry about food or bringing things like plates, silverware, cups, etc.. All we brought was a cake and they took care of everything else and the price was very fair. However, we were promised online that we would get a host to help with our party and help make things go smoothly. The host we had also had two other tables she was hosting and she was not real informative with us. I was expecting her to kind of go over everything with us when we got there so we had an idea of what was going to happen and when. She was so busy helping three different tables she couldn’t do her job very well. Also I suggest that if it is possible to do a party on a weekday. We did ours on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. We got lucky and beat most of the crowd but while we were leaving around 3:00pm I heard someone say the wait for a seat was an hour and the wait for food was 90 mintues.

This location has renovated to eliminate the old musical robots that I prefer to a person dressed as Chuck E. Even so, the kids seem excited to see and dance with the person in a costume. Kids having fun is more important so if it works, my opinion doesn’t matter. They have also improved their pizza recipe. It was actually quite good.

My husband and I just left after taking both of our grandsons for a special night of fun. The place was full and buzzing with great energy. Parents and kids both happy and having a great time. The staff impressed me with their attentiveness and great attitudes! It was apparent that they like their job end it reflected in the vibe. We definitely will be back!

we had a birthday party here. we were supposed to get all our pizzas tonight at once and we only got the kids pizza because something happen in the kitchen and they ended up have to put our pizzas in the oven and we had to wait …the host was super apologetic for something that was beyond her control….needless to say the host still got her tip but I am really unhappy that a manager did not come out to speak to anyone affected by this mess and didn’t want to let us extend our party because of them messing up big time tonight it definitely wasn’t worth what I paid it was very on professional you could just look around and she employees yelling or fighting with each other …but our host was amazing and she deserves more than what she went through tonight for sure.

Chuck E. Cheese used to be a good place for birthdays but not anymore with their high prices. Salad bar isn’t as great as it used to be. At the birthday party staff wasn’t as attentive as they were in you’re prior. Pretty disappointed.
