Half cheese half pepperoni traditional pie. Very good. Best pizza I’ve had in the Pittsburgh area by far since moving here last year. Thin, great crunch, not too greasy… just how I like it. You can tell they use good quality ingredients and they for sure know how to make pizza dough.

This is our go-to pizza place. Consistently good quality for our family. Everything about their pie is delicious – cheese, sauce and crust. Pizza so good I can equally enjoy a slice of cheese or a loaded up slice. Thanks for so many great dinners!

A surprisingly good pizza, pasta, and calzone spot in a low-key location! The food was quite cheap, service was pretty good, food made in a timely manner, and nice flavors. I ordered the small calzone as well as the funnel knots with caramel sauce.

My family and I have been Milano’s customers for decades. We currently visit several times a week, ordering everything from salads to hoagies, wings, and of course their pizzas. Everything we’ve tried is good. Being there so often, we have gotten to know the family that owns and operates it, and have witnessed the way they do business “behind the scenes”. Wouldn’t it be easier to just buy Ranch dressing in bulk? Nah, they make their own. Cheese? They buy 1,000 lbs (yes, really!) in blocks every week and shred it all themselves, making their own secret blend for pizzas. It’s clear to me that this is a first rate operation, as proven by their dedicated customer base, the foods they serve, and the way they treat everyone who walks through the door. A+.

Absolutely horrible customer service skills and mgmt doesn’t care. Food is bland, warm only, never hot and their bread is stale always. I’ve tried too many times. No more. I gave them one star because that’s the lowest I can rate them ……. and they know they’re bad. Also, do NOT try Doordash with them, or you will get scammed. They have a DD ‘driver’ account, where they will accept an order for delivery, mark it as complete, keep the money, and then you’re left to try getting a refund from DD. Saying they’re bad is being nice.

What a great team! We ordered a pizza through DoorDash, and after some time the app said the order was delivered, but we never got it. We figured it may have gone to a neighbor and although bummed not upset – we love this location. Then we heard a knock at the door. It was Milanos with a fresh hot pizza! Our order got lost and they found it as they were getting ready to close. They took the time to make our pizza and delivered with an apology. The integrity of this team has won my business for the long haul!! This location has the best customer service and have a top notch team!!

The ppl here are exceptionally nice, however, the food is sub standard . I get that they were very busy tonight but that doesn’t excuse poor tasting food. My wife’s steak salad had very little steak and nothing more than glorified lettuce. -D. My turkey hogie also tasteless with 2 SLICES OF DELI TURKEY with bunches of lettuce. No cheese. No mayo or dressing which I asked for. Another-D. A completely disatisfying meal to say the least. $25 later, tossed half in garbage. We’ve been customers of Milanos for 25+ yrs but I gotta tell ya, this might be the end. Note to owner: this 20+ yr customer will not return unless you acknowledge this complaint and rectify our purchase. We’ll give you one last chance. If you care about the satisfaction of loyal customers and care about how your food tastes and how it is prepared to order then get in touch with me. Otherwise, I’ll figure you don’t care.
