I had the zesty salad and fried zucchini and both items were satisfying. The staff were friendly! We also had a strawberry ice tea which was also good. This place is a bit pricey and overrated though. The one in portales is hands down better though

One of the best Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches I’ve had, and I’ve been to Philly to have them. (This restaurant calls them cheesy steak sandwiches). The atmosphere is cute and cozy with great service and strong price points. Incredible quality for what you pay for.

Nice & clean. Service was good. Price was very reasonable. Food was all great. The menu doesn’t have a large variety of typical items, but specializing in just a few likely makes them better. The salads we had were all large and very fresh. The teriyaki bowls, fried green beans & pickles all great too.

Food was decent but greasy. Food came out on a basket with paper so the grease went through and the paper tore. Knowing those baskets are rarely cleaned, it kind of grossed me out. Pickles a little too salty. Staff was friendly but brought out the wrong ticket.

Had a great dinner-for-one while traveling through Portales. A nice vibe, with a wide range of age groups dining at the restaurant. I was a little disappointed when I found out the “happy hour drink specials” were not “adult beverages” (a server told me getting a liquor license was really hard, so they hadn’t) but was otherwise very satisfied. The Thai chicken rice was awesome! Good service, great prices, and a friendly staff. I wish there were more such places on the planet!

Baked potatoes are huge and tasty with many different options for toppings, not just the standard bacon bits and cheese. Catfish was okay. Hushpuppies were good. Service was prompt and friendly. We would eat here again next time we’re in town.

Wonderful experience. Our server was professional and helpful. We have a new favorite place for fried pickles in this area! The salad was substantial and the teriyaki bowl with veggies, no rice was tasty.

Despite it’s plain exterior, the interior is very cute. Service was good and I was glad to be able to ‘veganize’ the teriyaki bowl! My husband enjoyed the beefsteak too! Also, the children’s books in the waiting area are a nice touch!
