This location is just awful. I have never experienced a worker who did no have an absolutely awful attitude at this location. Between the lack of customer service, the long wait times and the always wrong drinks. We will drive further down for the other location before returning to this one.

I hate writing bad reviews. I give them three stars only because one of the workers was trying to make up for her coworkers lousy work ethics. There were two customers ahead of me. One was buying several prepared ice creams. It took a few minutes for her to be rung out. Meanwhile, two workers pretended to be busy with wiping off counters, making everyone wait. They have two registers but only one girl seemed to try to help the growing line behind me. On to the next problem, you would think Dunkin Doughnuts would actually have doughnuts. Their selection was pathetic to say the least. They had some chocolate covered which was all that was left by the time the lady old lady bought a dozen doughnuts. Twenty minutes later I finally got to be waited on I was forced to buy chocolate. I had to go home to face my wife’s wrath. She wanted glazed or jelly filled.

This is a 24 hour dunkin. I come here at least 3-4 times late night . Last 3 times I’ve went they’ve been closed. Last 4 times they haven’t been able to cook any food or have any donuts at all. Also can’t order a head on the app as it always says there closes at night when they are open. I guess I’ll start making the drive to winter haven late at night.
