Brothers Vinny, Mario and Tony, are from and grew up in Brooklyn. They’ve always been in the food business. Thanks to their Italian origins they love and know a thing or two about making pizza!

I was staying at the Holiday Inn Express (Miller Road) and was craving some Italian food. Mario’s is a few hundred feet from the Holiday Inn Express and decided to give it a try. I had the chicken parmesan and it was AWESOME!! It came with a garden salad and garlic knots! Bigger than expected portion sizes and everything tasted really fresh. I’ll be coming back when I’m back in Winston-Salem!

Never set foot in this location but their food has always been consistently good. Their Stromboli is great, sometimes a tad on the cold side though in certain spots. The chicken wings are delicious, ranch is on point. Their pizza is also great!

I travel for work and I am happy I came here for a couple slices. I’ve been traveling to places that say that they make NY style pizza but get disappointed every time. The pepperoni slices were so good, and definitely had that NY style flavor.

Second visit…trip to the holiday inn express right next door to be close to the hospital last week…decided to walk over to get pizza absolutely the best pizza I’ve had in a while with fast service…the cheeseteak had to me an overwhelming amount of green peppers and onions but it was still very good!! came back to visit this week and stopped in Mario’s for a cheeseteak with no O+GP…and another slice of pizza…very satisfied with the quality and the customer service…very sweet order taker and patient helpful cooks…in a tough time they put a smile on my face that was much needed…and clean bathrooms!!

I don’t even know how to express my disappointment with this company. We ordered via Slice, as indicated through the very first option for ordering. Slice driver showed up for our order, but told by Mario’s that they didn’t have our order. We have been talking to a less than helpful worker at Mario’s, who indicated it’s not their issue, but Slice. How is that the case when the driver from the company showed up?! You are losing our business as well as our friends. Own up to it, or offer to compensate in some way, and not ignore it. Guess what?! We tried to dispute this, but Mario’s claims our pizza was delivered and now we are out 200.00. I
