Terrible horrible customer service!!! You walk in and the employees make you feel like you’re bothering them.!! Looks like all the guys came from con college and that’s the only job they can find but they don’t appreciate it for shhhhit! Rude,ghetto, low class people working there with absolutely no manners!! I Will never go back after this last time.!! the thin crust pizza was okay my son liked it but I thought it was super salty!! This was the worst service that I have seen. Wow, they forgot the mushrooms on my pizza and proceeded to add them after my pizza was cooked. Okay, I got home, and to my surprise, there was more than just mushrooms. This was the worst visit ever!

I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza. I picked it up in the portal. When I got home, this is what was in the box. It was not made right, and it looks like the top left part of pizza had been bitten off. Be careful when ordering here. Always check what is inside the pizza box before heading home.

This place is always slow. It’s at five minutes before someone even greeted me inside to take my order. They told me to wait 15 minutes for my pizza, and after 15 minutes they still were not done avoid at all cost rude when asking for money back.

Had a great experience here. went in for a cheese pizza. Had a little wait due to being short staff which was fine but the store could be a little cleaner. Or else definitely would have given 5 starts. Pizza was fresh and delicious.

Only one guy knew what he was doing. The manager there was loud and totally unprofessional. She’s the one that took my order over the phone and didn’t know how to enter it , the guy did it for her because when I got there, there was no record of my order. The manager was going on about only being trained for an hour in her loud screeching voice just making excuses for her incompetence. Another commenter said it looked like someone took a bite out of there pizza, well mine did too . If these are independently owned the owner needs to be aware.

My breadsticks weren’t full breadsticks yet I paid for them and they took almost an hour to have my order ready, above all they had put my pizza inside the warmer box and completely ignored my child waiting for the food and she tilted my pizza when I had to go ask for it as if she intended to damage it I’m not surprised with the attitude but if you’re gonna be in customer service you could do with a lot less snooty. I’m very upset with this store. Come on D Boyd get better and do better. I still feel very ripped off on top of that my pizza was overly done

It was raining super busy but yet they were doing everything they could to get the orders out in a fashionable manner. Due to an emergency from The Storm we got pizza all were perfect. Except one mistake. And I got to say I don’t know how they were only making one mistake as many people was in there. And the gentlemen working named Sean. Quickly and with great hospitality fixed the mistake! If I could give 10 Stars I would!! That guy should be a manager if he isn’t already! Thank you for your kindness!
