The building is an older structure but the dining area appeared to be very clean. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My husband and I ordered the ACP and really liked it. We will definitely visit again to try different menu items.

They should rename this place ‘Never miss’ because it always hits the spot. I’ve been here twice and had the sopes and pupusas. Hot, fresh, and served with a smile every time. Authentic atmosphere and friendly staff.

Went to finally try the new Mexican resturant we found beside where we get our bobas . Was so excited to just get completely let down. I got ACP with shrimp as well. 13 dollars for it to have zero flavor. No seasoning. Very disappointed. So if your wanting to try this place maybe go somewhere else.

Yum! Absolutely delicious. We over ordered because it all sounded so great, and it was! We had tacos dorados, bocadillo, and another chicken dish that was great but I can’t remember the name! Authentic and delicious. It’s in a weird location but definitely worth the stop.

I am in North Wilkesboro often to visit my mother. I am often annoyed because I do not like most food offerings in the area. My idea of interesting food is not fried chicken, fried fish or spaghetti and meatballs. A Mexican friend recommended the Pupuseria. She’s an amazing cook so I took her advice and got a little bit of everything for take-out. They were so accommodating and let me order half portions so I could try several dishes. I loved it! The meats are seasoned perfectly and everything is topped with fresh herbs and veggies. One caveat…..I don’t like plantains so I can not comment on any dish with plantains. And the shrimp and rice dish was a little boring for my taste. Other than those things, it’s perfect. I have not gone back to North Wilkesboro without getting takeout from here. Bonus: the people who run the restaurant are delightful.
