Delicious Reuben sandwich, lots of choices for bread type, lots of options on menu in fact, cold & hot sandwiches, wraps, soup, chips, etc. The pie was yummy, too. Great location, near lots of stores, plenty of parking & lots of tables inside. Clean. Waitstaff friendly & helpful.

Where do I start? Customer service is top notch! If you haven’t gone there, you’re missing out. The Cajun crab cake? Spot on. Cajun turkey avocado? The bomb. And the all day breakfast?? I ordered a breakfast burrito at 2pm and I never want to go anywhere else. My new lunch break destination for sure. Location is right up the road from me. If you ain’t eating at Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli, you are treating yourself poorly!! 110% make it a point to go and you will not be disappointed. They are ready to serve you the moment you walk in.

Heidi’s is basically an incredibly good sandwich shop. Gourmet, really. They have a large variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads. All made right there from fresh (local when possible) ingredients. You order your meal at one end of a counter, and after a short wait (unless you ordered ahead), pay and pick it up at the other end. Service is wonderful and the food is excellent. You can get everything from vegan dishes to an authentic Cony Island Reuben), and everything in between.

Definitely not the cheapest BUT the food was very good and the staff were very friendly. Appears to be quite clean and well maintained which is always beautiful to see. If I’m in the area again I’ll be back.

The staff at Heidi’s are amazingly friendly! It’s like walking in to talk to a group of friends and family that I’ve known for years and just having awesome conversation! They are always smiling and will remember you the next time you come in, which is really important to me! Their chicken Enchilada Baja Soup is EXCELLENT. It’s second to none. You MUST try this soup if you like Mexican soups or tortilla soups and spices and such. Also, their French dip sandwich is good, just be careful which bread you choose to go along with it. I had a toasted sesame bread and was disappointed with my decision. I’d probably go for a softer sourdough type of bread next time. The menu is full of varieties from vegetarian to omnivore and they even sell cheesecakes and side items. I recommend going between 11 and 12 if you want to beat the lunch rush because they can get really busy with long lines. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is their prices which seem to be a little on the high side for each item offered. It can knock a dent in your budget if you’re on a tight one. Treat yourself once in a while though by giving this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Good food at decent prices. It would be nice to have some additional vegan options, but overall the food and atmosphere is great.
