If you want quality food and customer service, this DD branch is not it. Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Even if they get your order wrong, they will try to justify not making it right with every and any excuse. Employees here waste their energy being angry with you for no reason, really absurd. This place used to be awesome. I don’t know what happened with this branch. Don’t believe the 5 stars.

Well the miserable person at the drive through was less than unfriendly. Went I asked for 2 creams for my coffee, she was visibly annoyed. Refused to make eye contact. We left and got gas only to realize they forgot one of the drinks. When we returned and informed her, she shook her head and complained to a co worker. What a miserable person.

The service was terrible, I want to order for the drive true a coffee and mini bagels and no body answer so I advance to the window because I thought It didn’t work the speaker, so at that point the girl in the window told me she can’t no give me nothing and I have to be inside to order!!!!! Then I just told her I need just a coffee and she say I can’t and I have to go over again to the line, then another girl show up and she say I’m sorry but we can’t give that. So now we know why the service there is going down. Costumer service totally bad, they way they talk to me were rude. Totally understand why the people is not going anymore there.

I have no idea how there are so many 5 star reviews for this location. I never leave bad reviews but this location needs to step their game up. Something needs to change.
