Great food, great people, amazing overall experience. Me and my girlfriend went out for a date night and had saw this place was open so we decided to try it. Prices were good and we were greeted with a smile! Our server Clinton was very respectful and kind and made us smile!

This place is amazing! Not claiming I’ve tried all the Mexican restaurants in Winston; but I’ve tried a few over the years and this one takes the cake! By a LONG shot! Food and prices are both absolutely wonderful! And when I dined in vs. take out/delivery for my daughters birthday, the service was just as fantastic as the food/prices! It’s family owned from what I gather, and everyone is super friendly and happy to accommodate! (Not always easy to find in society today. Especially in food/customer service). Keep it up guys! If you couldn’t tell, this is in my top 3 favorite places to eat, and none of them are any better/worse than the others. I can’t pick! I seriously hope this one stays!

Hector is the mannnnn!! some of the best service I’ve had in Winston Salem. I’m talking top 5! The margarita was freakinggggg huge and delicious and paired soooo nicely with my birria tacos. Playa Azul is one of those restaurants you could easily visit or order from once or twice a week
