I read the reviews first before trying this place because I’m new to the area. The food was good. It wasn’t the best I’ve had BUT I would go back. I ordered General tso chicken with fried rice & egg roll #18, Rangoons, and pot stickers. The crab rangoons were ok but not the best I’ve had. When it’s just cream cheese with no flavor it’s not good to me. I’m use to crab rangoons BUT my chicken and the pot stickers were GOOD. I would go back but I would try something else and get the pot stickers for sure. the person who waited on me was nice and helpful. He asked if I had questions which was great. Normally when going to a Chinese restaurant I always feel rushed!!! Give me a min. Let me think let me see what my taste buds are telling me to order. I took my food to go; however they did have a place to eat inside. It was quite a few people going in and that’s always a good sign as well.

This restaurant wasn’t bad but there are many better Americanized Chinese options in the Twin Cities. The food was decent but not as flavorful as I would have liked it to be. For instance, the fried rice was pretty bland and the vegetables did not taste fresh. However, the lo mein was very flavorful, so it really depends on which dish you order. The wontons were also quite tasty. As for service, it seemed very busy and a bit short staffed, but our waiter was very nice. They get a lot of Doordash and Grubhub orders which increases the wait time a bit, but it isn’t terrible. Overall, this restaurant has a mix of positive and negative aspects.

Ordered the general tso chicken w/fried rice and was highly disappointed and questioned what I was eating was really chicken… The chicken on the outside looked delicious but the more I ate the more chewy and slimy the inside was. Chicken smelled day(s) old like it’s been sitting definitely not fresh. I’ve eaten at many establishment to know the quality of good chicken. This place use to be good over time food cleanliness and preparation has declined. Unfortunately won’t be ordering any more food from this establishment anymore.

Food is great, portion size is amazing, customer service is outstanding! My favorite Is the General TSO! We had a huge order, we let them know when we would be there to pick it up, it was ready, food was hot. The gentleman who handled our order over the phone and handed us our food when we got there was absolutely amazing! And a double plus for having grape crush soda! Thank you to the cooks for making delicious food!

Yep, this place rules! Everything was great. Mongolian beef very spicy with fresh veggies and very tender beef. Sweet and sour was so crunchy and perfect that the kids actually ate all of it. PERFECT SPICY FRIED RICE. Cream cheese Wontons were basic but great: I’d eat at this place weekly if I was close.

Been meaning to try Bill’s for a while, heard the food was really good and read all the good reviews but when I finally tried it I was disappointed. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing since most people mentioned the fried rice in their review. Chicken wings were good but the pieces of chicken in my sesame chicken were bigger than my wings!
