In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was super disappointed. Got to this location at 11:11 pm 45 min till close was greeted with we are closed I asked why it’s not 12 the young man which was sitting in the food court with the headset replied we are just closed he walked up to the drive through speaker and as if it was a joke we gone reopen in 30 mins we have no food. Then he said well what do you want I started my order he cut me off and said naw . I drove to the window a lady came up said they were closed due to being shorthanded and proceeded to explain the two workers where off and she didn’t know why they answered the drive through. I’m so confused and so many questions but needless to say I didn’t get my burger the staff was rude And I’m kind of glad because when I looked through the windows the store was filthy. Sorry for the long post but that was my experience. Great food horrible service

Very rude service. Can’t actually call it service. Here’s why: I pulled up to order two shakes, a chocolate and a strawberry. The lady said “we don’t have strawberry”. I asked if they did away with strawberry, or are they just out of it now. She just repeated, “I said, we don’t have strawberry”. She wouldn’t respond to me anymore, so I pulled forward to the window. She said I would have to go through the drive through again, because she didn’t take my order. There was nobody else in line. I just said, “so all I want is a chocolate shake, and I’m not driving around just to say that.” She said she is refusing my service, and she is calling the police. I asked what the crime was, ordering a shake? She just walked away, so I left.

What can I say, there is not enough words to describe how good this 10/10 experience. The fries were leagues better then any fries i’ve consumed. I ordered the baconzilla which i totally recommend was amazing. This Fast food restaurant is the best one out there. Good food for a good price. The items on the menu was a seamless eyecatcher. All the items look good. This fast food place checkmates every fast food out there. What can I say.
